The Objectif CO2 programme is a charter of voluntary commitments to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, combined with a labelling process. This programme is proposed by the Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition, the Ministry of Transport and ADEME in partnership with professional road transport organisations (FNTR, FNTV, OTRE, TLF and UNOSTRA).
